MozillaZine is a community-run message board that provides user support. You can search for answers to questions other users have already asked, or post a new question of your own.

Use a newsgroup reader like Thunderbird or Outlook Express to subscribe to these newsgroups which cover support-related issues.

You can chat with other users live using the Internet Relay Chat (IRC) service. Install an IRC Client (such as ChatZilla), connect to irc.mozilla.org, then join the #firefox or #thunderbird channels. Just say “hi” and then ask away!
